  • You must reside in a location where Enrich Therapy is licensed to offer mental health services.

  • You must provide accurate and complete personal information during the registration process. 

 

5. No Therapist-Client Relationship

Accessing information on our website or using our website does not establish a therapist-client relationship. A formal therapist-client relationship is only established when you sign an informed consent agreement and schedule sessions with a licensed therapist from Enrich Therapy.

Users are required to create an account to access our services.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information, including your username and password.

You must immediately notify Enrich Therapy of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security.

 

7. Payment and Fees

Users are required to pay for services at the rates specified on our website. Payment must be made in advance through our secure payment system. Enrich Therapy reserves the right to change the fees for services at any time. Any changes will be communicated to users in advance.

8. Cancellation and Refund Policy

  • Users may cancel their participation in a virtual session by providing at least 24 hours' notice.

  • Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice may be subject to a cancellation fee.

  • Refunds for cancelled sessions will be provided at Enrich Therapy's discretion.

Enrich Therapy is committed to protecting your privacy and personal information. All personal information collected from users will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Virtual sessions are conducted in a confidential manner. However, users should be aware of the inherent risks of online communication and take steps to protect their own privacy.
