Kiara Street, LMSW
Licensed Master Social Worker
Hi, I’m Kiara, and I’m a therapist who's committed to supporting others, as they face life’s challenges and work toward feeling whole again. I attended Clark Atlanta University, where I earned my degrees in Social Work and Sociology with a focus on helping children and families. Over the years, I’ve worked in schools, therapy programs, and mentorship spaces— providing therapy and offering support to those navigating similar experiences.
Having personally witnessed the lasting impact of trauma, I recognize how difficult it can be to confront and understand painful experiences. I know from experience that things like trauma, stress, and major life transitions can take a toll on mental health, and it’s not always easy to talk about them - leading to feelings of overwhelm at times.
My primary goal is to support my client's as they explore and process the effects of life’s challenges, while helping them uncover strengths and build resilience along the way. I utilize a strengths-based approach guiding clients through past and current life experiences with compassion and care. My mission is to create a culturally sensitive, non-judgmental and affirming space where clients feel empowered to take ownership of their healing process. No judgment. Just a space where you can be real, feel heard, and start healing at your own pace.
Together, we will work toward building tools and insights necessary to move forward with clarity and confidence on your personal journey.
