Shantelle Harrison, LCSW
Hello, and welcome! I’m Shantelle the Founder of Enrich Therapy Group, and I’m truly glad you’re here.
Enrich Therapy Group was created with intention: to provide a space where individuals and couples feel supported, challenged, and empowered toward meaningful growth. As you get to know me, you’ll learn I'm caring, empathetic, dedicated, and authentic. I’ll say therapy isn't an easy process, as there are certainly highs, and lows. However, I've found that therapy is one of the most transformative investments you can make in yourself. Therapy requires courage, commitment, and a willingness to look inward. With over 13 years of experience, I’ve witnessed how intentional, evidence-based therapy can truly transform lives. I bring a warm, steady, and authentic presence to our work, using modalities like CBT, Emotionally Focused Therapy, Narrative Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, mindfulness practices, and structured problem-solving. My approach is warm, grounded, collaborative, inquisitive, and direct when needed. I specialize in working with adults navigating depression, anxiety, life transitions, trauma, relational concerns, conflict, multicultural and identity-related stressors, self-esteem challenges, boundary setting, as well as strengthening communication styles, and emotional awareness.
A little more about me — I was born in Germany and raised in North Carolina. After graduating from Winston-Salem State University, I relocated to Atlanta to continue my social work training at Clark Atlanta University. Outside of work, I enjoy cooking, journaling, traveling, creating, strength training/fitness, and spending time with family and friends — practices that keep me grounded and recharged.
Healing begins with one intentional step! Schedule a sesion, and let’s begin.
