Hello and welcome to the Enrich Therapy family. Do you desire to live a life that feels more meaningful, to experience more joy, to cope with life's difficulties and transitions in healthier ways? If the answer is yes, Enrich Therapy is the right place for you.

As your therapist, I will be respectful and create a safe, non-judgmental space that is supportive of you reaching enrichment in your life goals and finding fulfilment. My approach to therapy is to strengthen and empower individuals and families to live a healthy and enriched life. I specialize in anxiety & depression, grief & loss, survivors of childhood abuse, domestic violence, trauma, life transitions, pre-marital & marital & family counseling and elderly care planning. I am also LGBTQ affirming.

My style of practice is direct, interactive and compassionate. I focus on skill building and enhancing your strengths. In addition to traditional talk therapy, I offer evidence-based alternatives such as CBT, Mindfulness Based Therapy, Strength Based, Trauma and Emotionally focused and Family Systems.

I have 10+ years of experience working in mental health and medical settings providing support to children and families, adults and elderly who experience medical neglect, child abuse, bullying, domestic violence crisis and mental health challenges.

I invite you to be able to work towards a better you and an enriched lifestyle of joy and empowerment. I look forward to working with you.
