I know how heavy life can feel sometimes. Trauma, low self-esteem, and depression can make it seem like you’re carrying the weight of the world alone. But you don’t have to. My work as a therapist is about more than just techniques and strategies—it’s about creating a space where you feel truly seen, heard, and understood. For teens especially, therapy should feel like a safe, judgment-free space where they can express themselves openly. Whether through talk therapy or play therapy, I meet each client where they are, helping them process emotions, make sense of their experiences, and develop the tools they need to move forward with confidence.
I’m from New Jersey and deeply connected to the communities I serve. With deep empathy, I connect with the emotions and experiences of others. I specialize in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), play therapy, and trauma-focused care, with a passion for helping teens and adults navigate life’s toughest moments. I understand how past pain can shape the way we see the world and ourselves, and I believe in the power of therapy to bring clarity, healing, and hope.
Areas of focus include couples counseling, boundary setting, and goal execution. I help couples navigate challenges, improve communication, and rebuild trust. I also work with individuals who struggle with setting and maintaining boundaries, helping them develop the confidence to advocate for themselves in relationships, work, and everyday life. And for those feeling stuck or unsure of their next steps, I provide support in goal execution—helping you break through barriers and take meaningful action toward the life you want. Specializing in trauma, low self-esteem concerns, and depression. I know how easy it is to believe the lies that trauma and depression tell you—that you’re not enough, that things won’t get better, that no one understands! I want you to know that you are enough, and healing is possible. Together, we’ll challenge those beliefs, uncover your inner strength, and find a way forward—one step at a time.
